A little more about me
I’m an endurance coach with five years of experience helping athletes progress in triathlon, running, ultra-distance events, cycling, swimming, and rowing. Rowing was my main sport for many years, and it’s still the one I feel most connected to — the rhythm, the challenge, and the satisfaction of getting the movement right.
That connection is why I’m so passionate about coaching rowers now. I’ve seen so much potential go untapped simply because athletes weren’t given clear guidance, good movement foundations, or a training plan that truly suited them. My goal is to change that.
With a sports science degree and coaching qualifications, I bring a structured, evidence-based approach — but I also believe coaching is about people first. I love helping athletes understand their bodies, build confidence, and realise they’re capable of more than they thought.
