At The Rowing Lab we focus on developing rowing performance through structured land-based training. This includes ergometer coaching, strength and conditioning, and a clear assessment process to understand each athlete’s goals, movement patterns, and current performance level. The aim is to provide training that is purposeful, informed by relevant data, and appropriate for each individual athlete or crew member.

All coaching begins with initial testing and movement analysis, followed by a progressive training plan built around individual needs. Whether working with an individual, crew, or complete squad, sessions are targeted, structured, and designed to achieve sustainable improvements in power, technique, and overall athletic capacity.
